That's odd. I'm running FC6 (and before that FC4 and FC5) in a
Netvista with APIC version 17, IOAPIC version 32, a Pentium III
(Coppermine) CPU, 256 MB RAM. I have two PCI cards installed: an 8139
network card and a 2 hub 6 port USB 2.0 card, which is used for
external drives and a memory stick.
Different motherboard, perhaps? The model number of mine is 8318, for
what it's worth.
I just checked which model i have, its a 831911G
For completeness, mine's an 8318-31G, which according to Lenovo is, or
was:
"Intel Pentium 4 2.4GHz (512KB), 256MB, 40GB 7200RPM IDE HDD, PCI Small
Form Factor (2x3), Intel Extreme Graphics, 48x CD-ROM, Intel 10/100/1000
Ethernet, Windows XP Professional"
while the 8319-11G is/was
"Intel Pentium 4 1.8GHz (512KB), 256MB, 40GB 7200RPM IDE HDD, PCI Small
Form Factor (2x3), Intel Extreme Graphics, 48x CD-ROM, Intel 10/100
Ethernet, Windows XP Professional"
which sound pretty similar - though I wonder how yours has ended up with
a Pentium III?
