In all seriousness, yes I've used it quite a few times.

BBC Basic had all caps keywords so it was useful for that, and lots of
really lazy people did all the variable names in caps (ugh!).

Also my grandmother used it a great deal, only it was shift/lock then
and on heavy mechanical typewriters (circ 1930 typing pool). Most
headings were done all in caps and if you tried to hold the shift key
while typing, it not only slowed you down, but your finger got tired
and you ended up with the last few letters being half and half.

But in the 21st century. It's a pain in the arse.
