Good luck with the snotty email. I can't get Royal Mail's site to work with
either FF or Konq; I've emailed them several times but have had no reply.

Me too - although I couldn't find an obvious 'report a problem with the site' link. Funny that. The site works ok here with Firefox on Win2k, but not Mandriva or Suse.
