Then, what you are looking for is an ETWDL.
What you are describing is a typewriter and not a computer.
It is a tool, no more no less, and that is what most people use their
computer for, they have no interest in programming and neither should
they have to have an interest, they have tasks to do. Whether that be
on a typewriter, computer, letterest or pen and paper is irrelevant.
