Long outage, no contact with customers.

One rather has to question the professionalism of an ISP that appears to
operate without UPS and backup power.
The report sounds strange.
One the one hand the outage was at their offices and not at the 'hub' so that Internet connectivity was not affected.
On the other hand, they lost their website so one assumes that they don't host it back at the hub but somewhere in their offices?
