Re: problem in rexec command

I have seen that rexec service is working.

the rexec command that i have used is

[root]# rexec -d -l root -p ashish xyz.com date \>\> abc.txt
rexec: Host = <xyz.com>
rexec: Command to execute = date >> abc.txt
rexec: Invalid argument

I have also executed is using
rexec -n hostname date
it is giving error "invalid argument"

some times it also give error like this. but i am thinking that i am
giving some thing wrong in command.

[root# rexec -n -d xyz.com date
rexec: Host = xyz.com
rexec: Command to execute = date
Username at xyz.com : root
Password:
xyz.com: No such file or directory
rexec: Error in rexec system call,
rexec: (The following system error may itself be in error)
rexec: No such file or directory

Please tell me, what is the problem and how to solve it.
