Probably easier to change the IP address of the fileserver when it's
being replaced and put the temp box on the old address then swap them
back.
Or even put the fileserver DNS entries pointing to a virtual IP
address that you then set on whatever machine is going to serve files
that day. I don't know if there are any gotchas here as I've never
tried it.
