They don't have a telephone number.

If you have a query it has to be via email, and they can take days to
reply.


I had a number of issues with them, but the worst was when a parcel was
delivered to completely the wrong address. Dabs said "we've sent it now,
it's not our problem anymore." Parcelforce said "we've delivered it now,
it's not our problem anymore."
This went on for several weeks, and it was only when I started
proceedings with my credit card company to recover the money that Dabs
sent a replacement to the correct address.

Their efficiency and customer service leaves a lot to be desired.
The only company I've ever dealt with who was worse is Jungle.
