OT: "full tower" case?

I've just bought some new kit (from DABS): arrived this morning.

This includes a case, sold as a "full tower", for the
purpose of installing a number of devices. On unpacking,
I find it has just two 5.25" external slots, for my three
devices that need them.

Is that reasonable, when the case is sold as "full tower"?
Or is that a contravention of trades descriptions. I naturally
assumed any "full tower" would have more such slots (as well as
space for many hard discs).
