As others have suggested that may be me. The ISP is UK Free Software
Netowrk (UKFSN).

If you do choose to move over to UKFSN you should be able to use the
migration path assuming Metronet are happy to provide a MAC. To migrate
you need to place an order via the migration option on our website.

It's a simple process and usually takes a week or so.
