Last night I made a purchase on Ebay but could not access PayPal to
pay. I just get Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage on the
screen, yet I was able to access it on my other PC. Both the PC and
the laptop are wired to the same router so that counts that out. I
tried rebooting the laptop, router and going on dialup but to no
avail. I can get every
website in my favorites except Paypal including my other
onlinebanking
sites. This morning I restored the laptop to 01 March which was the
last time I used Paypal but I still cant access it. I have come to
the
conclusion it must be something to do with IE 7 so I reinstalled this
but I still cannot access that site, has anyone
got any ideas as I am at a loss. The OS is XP Home SP2.

Check the web address you're using. If it's in Favourites, then remember
that these can sometimes get messed up.

Tried your link but still get the same Internet Explorer cannot
display the webpage. If I Google Paypal and click on any of the links
I get the same result.
