Help with nero again please

Thank you for your prompt answer. I haven't mentioned that along with the
backup I made at the time of purchasing
Nero 7, I made a note of two Codes, one has five sets of numbers which are
divided by low case letters,
the other one has set of numbers divided by caps letters and four asterisks,
this one is preceded by my names initials.

Sorry to bother you again but I am a newbie and I thought that the above my
help.
