OpenOffice Print range problem....

I have searched for this and apologise if I missed it.

I have a multitab spread***. I want to print a set range of cells in
the second tab.

So I highlight the cells and Format/Print Ranges/Define. Done.

Then I go to Print Preview. But here when I click on next page it
continues through the pages of my selection and on to the rest of the
cells that I did not select and then on to the third tab contents and
repeats the process through that tab too !. What's more when I click on
previous page a few times it goes back to the first tab in the
spread*** !

It lists 88 pages it wants to print ! I am also having this problem
trying to export a selection of cells to pdf.

Am I missing something ?
