Speedtouch Diagnostic

I am having trouble with dropped connections. Can any one with a good connection to ISP, using Speedtouch, compare their readings in Speedtouch diagnostics with those that I see, please? I would also appreciate it if someone could interpret the results I see. TIA

I have tried another Speedtouch but that did nothing to improve the dropped connection problems
