Availability of non-widescreen TFT's

Is it just me, or is it getting harder and harder to find LCD/TFT monitors
that are *not* widescreen?
I'm looking to upgrade from a 17" that does 1280x1024 - but most of the 22"
widescreen that I am finding at are capable of 1680x1050 - whilst the extra
width is nice, it hardly seems worth it for the few extra pixels in the
height.
Does everyone want to watch widescreen DVD's on their PC's these days then,
as I use a TV for that.......
At work I have a nice 21" Acer monitor that does 1600x1200 - but can't seem
to buy that one any more (it was near £500 two years ago). Anyone have any
recommendations around the £175 mark?
