Two qwestions please

1) I had to reinstall Nero 7, latest ed., after problem with my pc (now
working as new). Now I am not able to burn video files
as I used to do before reinstallation. Something missing?
2) Is it possible to burn an AVI file just to be played with Windows Media
Player? I have burned it on a DVD but, giving the nature of
the file, it needs to be watched on a small screen. A newbie, as you can
tell, but would be very grateful for any advise on these two questions.
