A friend's outgoing EMails are going nowhere!

They show as having been sent in Eudora 7 and Outlook, but they
do not arrive at their destination and they don't bounce.

It used to work, but no longer does. Incoming mails are fine.

Something in the router could be causing this problem? Both
machines connected via the router suffer from this problem. One XP
Home, the other Windows 98SE.

I'd break it down so you know where the problem lies. (Outgoing mail goes by
SMTP) First of all, which ISP?

Yes, not POP3. ISP is Tiscali.

Tiscali outbound email is FUBAR.
