Can I tell how much I download via Broadband

Not a computer expert, so sorry if question turns out to be an easy one.

At present I'm on unlimited download per monthly payment, but since I
started other packages now available from my ISP.
Eg. Faster and choices on limits.
Also of course choices of other ISPs.

The worry is if I choose a package with a limit will I exceed it. So
question is can I tell how much I download per month now?
