WRT the fuse, it would be more sensible if 3A was the standard fitment; if
it was unsuitable it would fail to safe :-)

You, I, or Chris might know what fuse to fit in a plug, but the un-educated will think '13 Amp plug = 13 amp fuse.'
This is the Darwinian theory at work :-(

Which will do nothing to support part P

Showers now have to be certified, and can't be fitted by plumbers.

But I can fit one for myself. I have lots of old colour cable and even if I did use the new colours, I could claim it was pre part Pee. You couldn't make these rules up, even if you smoked smack, or similar.
