There is a 'Downloaded Installations' sub folder in the Windows folder
it might be there. Otherwise doa search on your disk for *flash*
(there's an setup called install_flash_player_active_x.msi, you might
have that, but the search criterai should pick up anything with 'flash'
in it) or just *.msi, the installation programme, you won't have too
many files with this extension on your PC so you should be able to guess
which one is Flash if it is of that sort.

Are you sure that it isn't already installed though, some versions of
the setup install Flash directly rather than downloading the setup file
to your PC?
