One possibility looks like GetMail: http://www.e-eeasy.com/GetMail.aspx

spent several days going through this with no luck. I have marked 150
emails as unread in Hotmail but getmail always reports no new mail.
I also tried using FreePOPS with my email program and managed to collect
50. But after that it refused to work... looks like they blocked it
after that... it is very frustrating.
