Has anyone here had any dealings with Excite IT (www.exciteit.co.uk)? We'd
ordered some stuff from them that was never delivered, and it's proving
very difficult to get in touch with them. Googling about, other people
have had a similar experience with them.

Anyone had any SUCCESS in dealing with them, or is it basically a scam
site?
