Is this factually inaccurate:
"Users need a broadband net connection, a PC that has a sound card with a
microphone input and a headset to make net phone calls"?
according to http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/technology/5174162.stm.
What about USB devices that resemble a phone - surely the soundcard and
headset are no longer required?
