Amiga discs to pc cd

Does anyone here have the ability to convert some Octamed songs and Amiga
sound samples on Amiga 3.5" floppies into a PC audio format?

Either that or suggestions for software which will do this?

I have an external Amiga floppy drive - is there a way to connect this to a
PC?

I also have an Amiga 1200 and a 500+ but no operating system discs.

Any suggestions?
