spyware infection - I cant clear it!

Hi,

I keep getting the message that "windows has detected a spyware infection".
I have run spybot & ad-aware but although they occassionally find something
& "fix-it" I keep getting the message! Is there something better I shgould
try to sort this out once and for all!
