Identifying memory

Anyone know of any (free) software that will identify the speed of installed memory?
I've got a load of 72-pin SIMMs that I'm testing with MemTest86 prior to selling them on eBay but can't identify the speed, i.e. 60ns or 70ns.
The BIOS only reports FPM or EDO, MemTest86 only reports the size, and both Belarc Advisor and the online checker on the Crucial website can't identify the memory at all - this is an old (c.1998) Packard Bell Pentium system so it's not surprising.
Regards,
Parish .
