.doc is word format it and scan it then it will become a bitmapped image that can be saved as .JPG
Though why you would want to beats meThe problem is that I created the calendar(dates) in word and then on each month I inserted a picture at the top of the same page and saved it as a .doc file.that was no problem ,the problem was in the printing it was useless. I then found on the web a converter to Jpeg which worked and the printing from my photo software was perfect including the Calendar part.Then I read that Irfanview could do it and that is how I arrived here!!
