Help with setting a Widescreen TFT up on PC

I have just bought a 19" LCD TV and connected my PC to the VGA
connection on the LCD. The PC has a basic 32Mb Intel 82810
graphics card and is running XP SP2.

Looking at the screen properties under XP (even listing all hidden options
and modes) it only seems to give me a max resolution of 1024x768 (XGA)
but the spec for the TV says its native resolution is 1280x768 (WXGA)
which is what I'd like - making use of the full widescreen monitor.

Please help beacuse I have black bars either side and I might well have not
bothered getting widescreen if the PC cannot recognise it or be adjusted!!

Thanks a lot, Andy
