I've got this one running on my website:-

It's called Live Counter - it's quite tricky to set up - but here are full
instructions on the web site. Free to use, there is a very sneaky bit of
advertising when you hover your mouse over the counter itself - but nothing
obtrutious.
You can set up stats as well.
