Do not over-quote.
And, if possible, understand what you propose to reply to before
starting to reply.
The OP reported what he read. It is the author of what he read who is
proven incompetent; the OP is innocent unless he believed the statement
to be appropriate.
Why did you yourself not offer the correction - don't you know what it
should be? The part " of power per hour" should not have been present;
" of power" is superfluous and " per hour" is wrong.
Consider yourself disparaged.
