I had a similar problem with Norton Antivirus (spit) but thier attitude
was.... tough.....
Buy your own UK domain name for a few pounds per year, get unlimited
e-mail addresses, then every time you post to an address prefix with
the company name; m&s_tossers@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
If they start playing up, just redirect that e-mail address to your
junk mail, or back to them, or back into cyberspace or whatever.
ps I don't use ANY Norton products anymore.
