spec please

Hello again everyone

My nephew wants to buy a computer mostly for gaming and some surfing. So a system heavy on speed and good looks is the order of the day.

Does anyone have any suggestions for expending some £600 to realise this - I can put it together, just need some tips on the best kit I can get for this sort of price.
