Hello...

I have a Windows Vista 'home basic' laptop that will not play
streaming audio... i.e. classic fm

I have updated the java and MS media player on it but it still will
not play any internet radio.

I have no problem accessing these sites on my tower running XP.

Is this a known problem with vista?

No, you've most likley not got the correct codec installed in your
browser. Many require Adobe Flash plugin.

What internet radio sites are you trying to listen to?
