Just checking: adding 1GB DDR to old Asus board

I built my machine 5 years ago, and I haven't tinkered much with
hardware since, so I thought I'd better ask, just to be on the
safe side, although there doesn't seem to be any reason to worry:
The m/b is an Asus A7V8X-X, and at present the memory installed
is: 256MB 184-pin DIMM 32MX64(?) DDR PC2700 333MHz, CL 2.5, from
Crucial. I'm about to order another 1GB of much the same stuff:

1GB, 184-pin DIMM, DDR PC2700 memory module
CT12864Z335
* Module Size: 1GB
* Package: 184-pin DIMM
* Feature: DDR PC2700
* Specs: DDR PC2700 ? CL=2.5 ? Unbuffered ? NON-ECC ? DDR333
? 2.5V ? 128Meg x 64
I should be able to just go ahead and stick this into one of the
two remaining out of the three slots, shouldn't I?
