Just formatting you disc might solve your problem.
Just tried Bootit.
Completey reformatted the drive - again! Added two primary
partitions. Installed Win2000 on the first.
Added Bootit - it actually installed and enabled me to select the
(only) OS and boot it - progress!
Then installed Win 2000 on the second partition.
Rebooted - added the new primary to the Bootit selector - rebooted.
I then saw the two selections and chose the original OS. It simply
dropped me into the MS selector, which worked but completely negated
the Bootit selection as it makes both partitions visible.
Rebooted and then selected the new OS - up came the familiar NTLDR not
found message.
Sadly back to square one - have been through the comprehensive
instruction manual but no pointers to the way forward.
Can it really be this difficult?
