Sandra even reports the motherboard as a Time COmputers P4M266-8235 with
the VIA VT8751 chipset.

AFAIK there is no official support for Time PCs any more and even when there
was it is unlikely you'd have found a BIOS update. The model number of the
board would seem to be an MSI one so maybe you can find something by poking
around there.
