Most of SP3 is SP2 + all the security/bug fix patches released
over the last couple of years. Several trivial new features.
I have SP3 on a CD slipstreamed into XP-Pro but I won't be
installing it on my current XP-Pro-SP2 system. That'll have to
wait until I build my next system.
