boot up now? funny thing is I havn't implemented a password on it,it won't
let me through any ideas how this has happened and how to get back to
normal?

If you have no password set for the Administrator account, you can press
Ctrl + Alt + Delete *twice* at the login screen to get the domain style
login screen, and then type in Administrator for username and do not add any
password. Then you delete any password you have set for your main user
account using control userpasswords2.
