Not sure why Nokia PC Suite is using 70 megs without even having a phone attached! :-)
But task manager gives me 3069 total physical memory, 1927 cached, 13 free. pagefile gives 1894/6339MB.
I have 3070mb in my laptop now and 4096mb in my tower both running Vista the latter 64bit, was running the laptop on 1GB for over a year no problems but seeing as most laptops in the £ 400 range have 2GB now figured I`d upgrade to 2GB, my laptop happened to have a 1x 1GB stick (I originally assumed it was 2x 512mb). The Crucial memory advisor advised me to get 2GB (I thought I was buying a 2GB kit). I then advertised my 1GB stick on adverts.computer and went as far as listing it on eBay, I was convinced Crucial had sold me a 2GB kit ie 2x 1GB to run dual channel. Its only when I recieved it today and to my surprise/delight I had recieved a 2GB stick, I quickly logged onto eBay and ended the auction for 1GB stick. The 2GB stick only cost me £ 25.99 ex VAT and I also bought a 2GB microSD card for my Tytn II at the same time which was £ 5.99, in total £ 31.98 ex VAT and no delivery charge to pay, and it arrived in 3 days.
