Net nanny isn't mac compatible..
You could always use a hosts file.
Not much use when you want to protect children from a wide range of
crap on the internet.
I have idea how good or bad this might be, but it's the first thing I found
after a few seconds Googling:

I'm going to try the HOSTS file, and someone sent me this:
http://www.browsecontrol.com/overview.htm so will give that a go. As
well as that one from cnet. All machines are scanned for malware/
viruses/trojans etc every night, and vary rarely find anything worth
mentioning, but its one of the first things I did when I went in
there.
