My cheap Samsung monitor does HDCP over DVI, though it can only do 720p which may be a limitation.
Another thought is, unless you need a high vertical resolution, how about simply using an HDTV? Most have a usable PC resolution using a DVI ->HDMI adapter. OK, not optimum but may be a workable compromise if you need a 1080i/p display.
