What, no guarantee? Maybe cheaper not to buy OEM cards anymore?
Actually checking my paperwork this one came from Mesh, so it probably under warranty (it's 20+ months old). When I said 'second dead one in 12 months' I didn't mean to imply they'd only lasted that long - the other one lasted 3+years before the fan finally quit and it terminally overheated.
Ah well, see how well Mesh's on-site support actually works (you may detect I am not totally hopeful). AT least I can reproduce the problem(s) with great ease.
