AGP PCI express hybrid

I'm toying with the idea of building a replacement for my Athlon XP 3200+ ,
K7N2 Delta 2 , NV5900xt box. As I have a spare Ati 9800pro agp lurking in
my parts drawer thought an upgradeable box might be in favour so far aside
from a jetway ( don't fancy ) and the ASRock 4CoreDual-SATA2 PCI-E / AGP
DDR2 they seem thin on the ground any views as to the stabilty of the
asrock or an alternative? (btw unless Hades gets the next winter olympics I
will not be using Vista so that will not be an issue)
