VISTA OEM Reinstall

For whatever reason, I don't understand but my VISTA PC seems to have
gone into terminal decline and is running very slow. Not sure what
has happend, but I am going to do all the usual things before
considering a reinstall - which just to clarify is fine with an OEM
version of VISTA? I won't be changing any hardware at all, but I may
swap the HDDs around (same size, spec etc) and reinstall on a clean
drive (which it will be once I've backed up the data and reformatted
it).

Knew I should have gone for XP......duh!
