Not important these days. PCIe is now two generations removed from the
last bus that couldn't share IRQs (ISA, due to retarded design), and
manufacturors seem to have finally got the idea!
Once the system gets into 32 or 64bit mode, rather than 16bit BIOS
mode, the numbers all change anyway as the IRQs are virtualised to
give one per device.
