Does anyone know how the new line of Dell keyboards
<http://accessories.euro.dell.com/sna/productdetail.aspx?c=uk&l=en&s=dhs&cs=ukdhs1&sku=580-12777>
compare to the older sort? I'm currently using an RT7D00 and I don't
like it much. The keys have a sort of creaky feel that gets on my
nerves; it's on the verge of putting my teeth on edge! I'd be quite
happy if the new sort has a short travel action like a laptop.
Oh those are pretty good, IMO. My brother has a Dell, and that keyboard
feels better than any Microsoft or Logitech keyboard. Not as dead feeling,
the keys do not move in any direction they shouldn't, but the travel is
quite long.
If I can't find a black coloured Cherry with MX-contact keys (clicky, not
linear), or a Keytronic (hard to find these days), I might end up getting
one of those too.
If I was any more stupid with my money, I'd be tempted to get one of these.
A Thinkpad keyboard, in desktop form, for £88!
