It might be worth having a look at www.portforward.com.
Are you sure it isn't an isp issue?

Thanks for replying, already been through the instruction on that site -
doesn't even work if I bypass the router... Not sure it's the ISP tho,
(Virginmedia) why would they block incoming traffic on ALL ports????
