Hi all,
I`ve got a Windows XP machine that I want to use to connect to a Vista
machine, over a network. It`s a 100 meg network, but the XP machine is a
laptop (and thus has a smaller screen than the Vista machine to be
controlled).

Is there a nice free solution to allow me to connect to and control the
Vista machine while sitting at the XP machine, without having to manually
accept any connections on the Vista machine?

The remote desktop software, built into XP and Visat would seem the
obvious choice.
