OT-Laptop pixel size

Most PC sellers give the resolution of monitors and pixel size, but I can't
find the same for laptops.
A friend wants a laptop and she needs to know this size as her eyesight
isn't very good.
Does anyone have a link for this info, please? I've done a lot of searching
but can't find anything.
If I have to, I'll do the maths to get the screen dimensions and use those.
