CompactFlash adapter for floppy (not HD)?

I've got a CompactFlash adapter for an IDE drive socket. It is perfect for BIOS updates etc, but would be more useful if it plugged into the redundant floppy socket.

Does such a thing (or "think" <G>) exist?
